If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. The item must be returned within 30 days of shipment from Sunsense and include original receipt. If you wish to exchange the item, please let us know what you would like and we will gladly send it to you. All items must be in the same condition in which you received them. If you are returning a product, the money for the merchandise will be refunded to you within 10 days of receipt of your returned merchandise provided that it is in 'new' condition. Any items returned in worn condition will be returned to the purchaser. Please ensure that items you return DO NOT have any odour including but not limited to cigarette smoke. It is the customers responsibility to cover the shipping costs on returned merchandise. We also suggest the parcel be insured against loss or damage. Please ensure that if you are shipping from outside of Canada that you use regular post and not a courier company such as Federal Express due to customs charges.
